This virtual, interactive training takes place over two sessions on Zoom.
The training focuses on working in partnership on exhibition and touring projects and writing a partnership agreement.
Drawing on The Exhibition Group’s template partnership agreement, this training covers:
- The characteristics of a successful partnership
- How to prepare before starting to develop and write an agreement
- Different ways to reach an agreement
- The key content that an agreement should include
- How agreements may vary
- How using an agreement can support collaborative working practices
This training will increase the confidence of participants to work in partnership and negotiate key areas of a partnership agreement. It is also an opportunity to network with other professionals interested in temporary, touring and partnership exhibitions.
During the course, participants will have the opportunity to put the learning and ideas shared into practice. Zoom breakout rooms will be used for discussions and activities in small groups.
This online training is interactive and delivered by an experienced Exhibitions Group trainer. The number of participants is limited to facilitate online learning and participation.
Closed captions will be enabled on Zoom. Live closed captions and/or BSL can be provided if requested 3 weeks before the first session starts.
We offer this training annually. It last took place in February 2026 and will next take place in winter 2026-7.
