This CPD-accredited, training provides a comprehensive introduction to the practical aspects of copyright. You’ll explore what copyright protects, how long it lasts, who owns rights, and how to manage risks and opportunities when using or licensing creative works.
Alongside copyright, the training will briefly cover other forms of intellectual property and address common challenges such as using content on social media, dealing with orphan works, and understanding licensing models like Creative Commons. Whether you’re looking to protect your own assets or use third-party content compliantly, this training is essential.
