Registrar (maternity cover)
Salary Range : £28,000 (pro rata)
Job Type: Fixed term contract, up to a year
Hours: Part time – 4 days / 30 hours per week
The Role
Pallant House Gallery is recruiting a Registrar to provide maternity cover (0.8 FTE; fixed contract, up to one year).
Working closely with colleagues, the Registrar plays a key role in the delivery of the Gallery’s ambitious and dynamic programme of temporary exhibitions (including touring), administering all the loans from national and international partners, including galleries and private lenders, and managing the schedule for installation and take down of exhibitions. The Registrar is also responsible for administering all loans out of the Gallery and supports the Head of Collections in caring for the permanent collection.
