This virtual, interactive training takes place over 2 x online sessions:

Tuesday 30 September 2025, 09:30 – 12:30

Tuesday 7 October 2025, 09:30 – 12:30

This virtual training is aimed at individuals and organisations who wish to start producing and/or receiving local, regional and national touring exhibitions. It helps participants develop the skills and knowledge for receiving, creating and managing UK touring exhibitions, and is an opportunity to network with other professionals working on temporary, touring and partnership exhibitions.

The training would provide a useful introduction for anyone new to touring exhibitions in a museum, gallery, science or heritage role, or for students and volunteers interested in learning about the principles and practices of touring exhibitions.

During the training, participants will have the opportunity to put the learning and ideas shared into practice. Zoom breakout rooms will be used for discussions and activities in small groups.

This virtual training is interactive and delivered by an experienced TEG trainer. The number of participants is limited to facilitate online learning and participation.

Automated closed captions are provided on Zoom. BSL and/or live closed captions can be provided if requested before Tuesday Monday 8 September 2025.
