Miranda is an experienced cultural leader, exhibition-maker and art commissioner with a strong commitment to sustainability and widening access to the sector. She is Head of National Partnerships at the National Portrait Gallery, where she leads work to share the national collection of portraits with audiences across the UK.
With a background in cultural relations, Miranda is passionate about partnership working and the power of co-design and collaboration to extend audience reach and build long-term organisational resilience.
She has held roles across major cultural institutions including the Walker Art Gallery, Hayward Gallery, South London Gallery, National Gallery, Design Museum, RIBA, Barbican and the British Council. As Director of Visual Arts Programmes at the British Council, she oversaw the 2024 and 2026 British Pavilion commissions for the Venice Biennale.
Miranda has been Co-Chair of The Exhibitions Group since 2021.
