Online Share Session – Monday 7 October 2024 

We’re delighted to announce our 2024 AGM and the first of our annual Share Sessions, as a combined free, ONLINE event, which is open to all.

Taking place on Monday 7 October, exhibition organisers/ providers will present exhibition projects in a series of 2-minute presentations.

We encourage individuals and organisations to use the online Share Session as an opportunity to present exhibition projects in development, to seek project partners, to present fully developed exhibitions ready for tour, or touring exhibitions which have slots available in the schedule.  We have a maximum of 20 slots available to book in advance. 

If you’re interested in getting involved in partnership exhibitions or looking for an exhibition to fill a slot in your programme or to support your strategic goals to reach new audiences, we encourage you to attend the online Share Session.  There will be time after the presentations to speak with the Share Session presenters in Zoom breakout rooms. 

The short online AGM begins at 14:00 and we’ll move straight into the Share Session (14:25 – 16:00) on Monday 7 October 2024.  It is free of charge to participate in and/or attend the online Share Session.

  • 14:00 – AGM (TEG members and non-members welcome)
  • 14:25 – Welcome and introduction 
  • 14:30 – 10 x Share Session presentations 
  • 14:55 – 10-min comfort break 
  • 15:05 – 10 x Share Session presentations 
  • 15:30 – TEG updates 
  • 15:35 – Opportunity to speak to Share Session presenters in Zoom breakout rooms 
  • 16:00 – Close Zoom breakout rooms and end of online Share Session

How to book an online Share Session slot 

TEG members receive priority booking for online Share Session slots and non-members are strongly urged to become a TEG member to secure a slot and access full membership benefits.

Slots will be booked on a first-come-first-served basis in the order that emails are received.  Once the slots are full, we will open a waitlist. 

Key dates 

  • Non-members can email seminars@teg.org.uk from Tuesday 27 August 2024 to enquire about booking a slot. 
  • The deadline for booking a slot is 12:00 on Wednesday 11 September 2024.  Please note this is a hard deadline as the seminars@teg.org.uk email address will not be checked between Thursday 12 September and Sunday 29 September 2024. 
  • Once your online Share Session slot is confirmed, you will receive an email with instructions on the timing of your slot, format of the presentation etc.  The deadline for submitting presentations and other supporting information is 12:00 on Monday 30 September 2024.
